Jun obtained his Optometry degree in 2008 at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. He has practiced optometry in various areas throughout the country, gaining valuable clinical experience in both rural and urban communities.
He moved to Sydney recently due to his interest in specialty contact lens fittings such as myopia control (to slow children and young adults’ progression of short-sightedness and need for stronger glasses) Orthokeratology contact lenses, rigid and scleral contact lens fittings for keratoconus and post-graft corneas.
Jun was born in South Korea, but was raised in New Zealand for most of his life. He loves snowboarding, reading, playing the guitar, and on Sundays, enjoys going to church.
